Due Date
Rent, and any other charges will always be due on the 1st of each month. Please note that weekends, and holidays do not change the due date. Tenants are responsible for making sure their payment is made by the 1st of each month, regardless of the date.

Utilities
For most properties tenants are responsible for all utilities, including water and electric. Properties will specify if any utilities are included.
